General Terms & Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions are an integral and supplementary part of an order placed with Vision AG, which is based in Luzern (Switzerland), for orders placed via the Internet. Business transactions and delivery are carried out exclusively in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions, which form the basis of all contracts concluded on the basis of offers on conceptstore.visionapartments.com. General terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from the following provisions shall not apply.
Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries shall be performed in accordance with the presented sample or model and its description. Colour, structure and processing shall be subject to change. Furthermore, any information shall be subject to errors due to technical deficiencies of our shop system or incorrect information provided by our suppliers.
Territorial Scope of Offers and Prices
Our offers are valid in Switzerland and Germany. All prices are gross prices, include VAT and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and added depending on the destination.
You are automatically subscribed to our newsletter when making a purchase. By subscribing to our newsletter, you also agree to receive information about special offers, surveys or other marketing campaigns on all channels: email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, Skype and others. You can unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of the newsletter. Alternatively, you can write to our customer service and we will unsubscribe you immediately.
Payment Methods: Prepayment (bank transfer)
Payment can be made online or at the bank. Bank account details are shown on the store’s website and provided by us as soon as the order is placed. Once the amount is credited to our account, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming the payment. Payment has to include the reference number. Vision AG reserves the right to send any invoices to customers exclusively in electronic form (currently via email).
If working days are specified as deadlines, this includes all weekdays with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and national public holidays.
Our products are delivered only on specified delivery dates and are estimated to be up to 8 weeks of the date of order confirmation by Vision AG.
In case of delays in delivery, as well as failure to deliver the goods within the specified delivery dates, no compensation can be claimed.
If no additional services have been purchased, deliveries will be made only to the designated Vision AG locations in Switzerland and Germany.
Home deliveries will be made for a separate fee and only within 20 kilometers of the designated Vision AG locations.
Home deliveries are delivered to the curb or the general entrance of the building.
Our deliveries are generally made on working days between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
At the customer’s request, the cardboard box can be removed by the carrier during assembly.
Some products are shipped with a disposable pallet for one-time shipping. The disposable pallet is part of the shipment and must be removed by the recipient at his own expense along with the cardboard box and other

When entering your personal data required for registration, you are responsible for providing truthful and complete information. You are obliged to treat your personal access data confidentially and not to make it accessible to unauthorized third parties. The confirmation of the registration takes place immediately after sending the registration.
You are solely responsible for content that you post in areas accessible for this purpose. These must not infringe the rights of third parties. There is no right to storage or publication of your content, such as product reviews.
You must refrain from any disruption to the www.conceptstore.visionapartments.com website or further use of the accessible data outside of the use intended for the platform. Verifiably carried out manipulations with the aim of obtaining unauthorized payments or other advantages to the detriment of Vision AG or other parties involved can, in addition to legal consequences, also lead to the loss of access to www.conceptstore.visionapartments.com. Each customer is only entitled to maintain one customer account. We reserve the right to delete multiple registrations, to warn customers who violate the provisions mentioned in above Sections, or to delete or change content (virtual domiciliary rights).
There is no entitlement to permanent availability of the website or access to the data or other services offered. Vision AG also does not guarantee that the www.conceptstore.visionapartments.com website or the services offered will be available at all times.
For logistical and technical reasons, shopping via guest access to www.conceptstore.visionapartments.com is currently only possible to a limited extent.
The customer is contacted by e-mail to arrange the date and place of delivery. In the case of advised shipments, the customer is obliged to appear on site at the agreed time. If the consignee is absent, the customer assumes the cost of redelivery, storage or collection of the goods.
Upon delivery, if the packaging shows damage, the customer should check all items with the driver for damage. If the driver does not agree to remain, we recommend refusing the shipment, and the customer must notify us immediately.
If the customer decides to accept the damaged shipment, this must be reported to the delivery driver, and the consignee must have confirmation of the damage or written confirmation on the scan (please specify the damage). Transport damage, which was not noted by the deliverer at the request of the Recipient upon receipt of the goods, will not be considered a valid claim. Any claim by the customer in this regard will be rejected.
All manufacturing damage should be reported to us within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt of the goods by the Customer.
Property and Retention of Title
The purchase agreement between Vision AG and you as a Customer comes into existence at the time and day on which you have accepted the terms and conditions on our website and have placed an order. As a Customer, you accept as evidence the logged content of our website. You will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation as confirmation of the purchase and with information regarding your billing and delivery address and contact details. The presentation of the products on the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the button “Send order” you submit a non-binding order of the goods you have chosen and put into the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of your order is made together with the acceptance of the order immediately after placing it by automated e-mails. With this e-mail confirmation the purchase contract comes to existence.
Until full payment of the purchase price is received, the goods remain the property of Vision AG. The latter is entitled, at the expense of the customer, to arrange for entry in the register of retention of title, if it considers its claim to be in jeopardy.
We save the contract text and send you the order data by e-mail. The terms and conditions can be viewed at any time on the website of Vision AG. Past orders can be viewed in your Customer account.
Vision AG reserves the ownership of the purchased item(s) until full payment of the invoice amount. Should you be an entrepreneur in the exercise of your commercial or independent professional activity, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, we reserve the ownership of the object of sale until the settlement of all outstanding claims arising from the business relationship with the purchaser. The corresponding security rights are transferable to third parties.
If the Customer has any payment obligations, all existing claims will become due immediately.
Warranty and Complaints
We give our customers a 2-year warranty on our new products. Products marked as “used” are excluded from the warranty and are covered by the warranty according to the applicable law in your country. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery. If hidden defects are discovered during the warranty period, they must be reported immediately upon discovery. The customer shall report the defect by email within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Complete information about the defect with evidence must be collected and presented to us by the Customer within 7 days.
The following claims are excluded from the warranty:
The colors shown in the pictures may vary slightly from the actual colors due to display by different electronic devices. We make every effort to present the products on our site as realistically as possible. The dimensions of
some products may also differ slightly from those on our home page. The range of error is +/- 10 cm.
The warranty excludes any damage due to wear and tear, aging, failure to follow the instructions for use and installation and improper handling of the product, as well as minor damage.
The warranty expires if the goods have been processed or altered despite recognizable defects.
Vision AG shall not be liable for damages caused by errors / actions of third parties, as well as for unreasonable refusal to accept the goods. In such a situation, the costs associated with the return and redelivery of the goods shall be borne by the customer.
For warranty claims or damage reports, we will require photographic or electronic media evidence of damage or proof of problems reported. The customer must identify the defective part themselves at their own expense or ask a qualified technician to remove the part and send it to the Seller.
The customer is obliged to immediately check the received goods for correctness, completeness and integrity. Damage to the received goods must be reported as soon as possible, no later than within 24 hours of delivery to the Seller in writing (e-mail).
The customer has the exclusive right to repair, replacement or compensation for the damage. The decision to repair, replace or compensate rests solely with the Seller. In accordance with our instructions, the Customer should check the condition of the packaging as well as the delivered products at the time of delivery: all damages must be certified by the supplier on the delivery note or delivery note. When placing the order. This guarantee covers actual transportation damage.
The customer has the exclusive, non-transferable right to repair, replace or receive compensation. The decision to repair, replace or compensate rests solely with the Seller. In accordance with our recommendations, the customer should check the condition of the packaging, as well as the delivered products at the time of delivery: any damage must be confirmed by the supplier on the delivery note or on the delivery report.
Necessary Attachments in Case of Complaints and Transportation Damage
A short and precise description of the problem and a detailed description of the damage with photos of the affected areas / defects (significant detail photos), photos of the complete product and photos of the packaging in which the products were delivered.
In the case of transport damage – a copy of the delivery note stating the condition of the goods at the time of delivery, with the driver’s signature. Information about the expectations of the customer, such as repair, replacement of the product, price reduction or return and full refund.
Until the complaint is processed, please keep the packaging in case it is needed to return the goods. In case of damage in transit, it is necessary to confirm the damage by the supplier upon receipt of the shipment. Kindly note the damage on the delivery document and ask for the driver’s signature. A copy of the signed document should then be sent to our e-mail address email@example.com. In the absence of confirmation from the driver that the shipment was damaged at the time of delivery, we will assume that the shipment did not show visible defects during delivery. In such cases, neither the Seller nor the manufacturer will be liable for damages. Any claims of the customer in this regard will be rejected. The Seller is obliged to respond to the customer’s request as soon as possible, no later than within 14 days of the complaint. The customer’s complaint will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the seller.
Refund and Returns Policy
According to the Consumer Law, the customer may withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving reasons.
Up to 14 days from the date of delivery, the customer may return the ordered items free of charge (exceptions apply). We will offer a free return and issue a full refund in the same way the original payment was made.
The exception for free return up to 14 days is for orders that are missing the original packaging.
We accept returns of products that have not been used, assembled or installed. We accept returns of products repackaged safely in the original packaging.
In order to return the goods, the customer must submit to the Seller a statement of cancellation of the purchase and the preferred date of delivery of the returned product within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The Seller will arrange to pick up the goods within 30 days after the goods are ready for return.
The goods must be delivered by and at the expense of the Customer to one of Vision’s locations in the country where the goods were received. The goods must be packed and ready for transport. The customer must provide the original packaging with which the article was delivered, so that the product is properly protected during transportation. If, upon inspection, the returned article is found to be in a different condition from that originally sent to the recipient, such as having any mechanical damage caused by assembly or disassembly, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacement parts or the loss of value caused by this damage.
Returns are not eligible for used products, with traces of assembly, installed or without original packaging. The customer will receive a refund within 14 days via the same payment method that was used for the purchase,
unless otherwise agreed with the customer, as long as there are no hidden additional costs for the seller.
Persons who have access to the information on the Vision AG websites agree to the general terms and conditions. Any additional agreements relating to individual Vision AG services or products apply in conjunction with these terms.
No Warranty for Completeness and Accuracy
The data published on the website is provided by Vision AG exclusively for personal use as well as for information purposes, it can be amended at any time without advance notice. Vision AG assumes no warranty (neither explicitly nor tacitly) for the accuracy, completeness and topicality of the data published on the Vision AG website, even if the required thoroughness was applied in collecting it from sources deemed to be trustworthy.
Using the Vision AG Website
The entire content (design, text, graphics….) of the Vision AG website is protected by copyright. The individual elements of the website belong exclusively to the website operator, Vision AG. Storing or printing individual pages and /or passages of the Vision AG website is only permitted if the complete source reference is indicated. By saving or otherwise reproducing software or other data from the Vision AG website, the respective terms and conditions of use count as being accepted. All rights of ownership remain with Vision AG. Reproducing (entirely or partially), transmitting (electronically or otherwise), modifying, linking with or using the Vision AG website, is only permitted with the explicit and written permission of Vision AG.
Personal information includes any kind of information that is connected to you. When you visit our website we collect and process your information. This happens through ordinary browsing of our content, or if you sign up for our newsletter, enter competitions, use other services or make purchases via the website.
We typically collect and process the following types of information:

To the extent that you yourself explicitly give your consent and fill out the information, we also process:

You can also withdraw a previously given consent to process your personal information. If the personal information being processed is incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.

Liability, Liability Limitations and Applicable Law
Vision AG disclaims unconditionally any liability for loss or damage of any kind – whether direct, indirect or consequential – arising from the products, the use of or access to Vision AG website, as well as links to third party websites. Vision AG does not guarantee that the individual segments of its website to function flawlessly. In addition, Vision AG rejects any liability for manipulation of the computer system of the Internet user by unauthorized persons. Thereby, Vision AG explicitly points out the danger of viruses and the possibility of targeted hacker attacks. In order to prevent viruses we recommend the use of the latest browser versions as well as the installation of anti-virus software, which is to be continuously updated. Opening e-mails of unknown origin and unexpected attachments to emails should be categorically avoided. We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract at any time without being liable for damages. We are not liable for any damages that we could not have influenced ourselves. For damages resulting from the purchase, their shipment and the use of the products that we could have averted, we are liable for the maximum amount of the purchase of the product. The settlement of claims requires the consent of both parties. Both parties undertake in the first instance to contact directly in the event of damage or complaint and to exhaust all other options for arbitration before referring the case to court.
